How blind can you get? The mention of the other political parties is perhaps the most ridiculous part - none of these parties has ever been allowed access to anything resembling real power, and state media and education is dedicated to keeping the communists in power. The PLA isn't even a national army, but an army directly connected to the communist party as it has been since the days of its founding - how in god's name is any other party ever going to acheive power through the existing political systems when the army answers directly to the communists? Hell, the majority of higher-level civil servants are communist party members and their positions in the civil service are mirrored by communist party posts - hence the way that offices have so many signs outside them, some are to indicate a party post and others are to indicate their mirror-image civil service post.

A close second in the ridiculous stakes is his mention of the CPPCC - a rubber stamp body which has never once turned down a CCP proposal, the bravest thing they ever did was try to pass a same-sex marriage proposal, something which garnered fewer than a hundred votes out of 3,000.

Seriously, the pure silliness of this article makes all talk of wrong-doing on the part of the fool who wrote it immaterial. He probably thought he was doing some good by suggesting improvements in the current system, but his proposals are so flimsy and vague as to be totally meaningless. What a berk!
